Australia vs Brazil*

Fingers crossed. Hopefully it won't be complete and utter destruction for the Aussies. I'm staying up late tonight and braving the Melbourne cold by watching the game on the big screen at Federation Square. Should be exciting.

P.S. I hate my London-dwelling friend Luke who will be at the game in Germany.

*The first of two matches ;)

Ah well.

We can still beat Croatia.

Maybe.

Damn Brazil's defence. Damn our defence. Damn Ronaldo the Fatty. Damn Kafa. Damn them all!

I would've been happy with 1:0.

If we draw with Croatia we should get in, right? There's no way Japan is beating Brazil.

The scoreline flattered Brazil, lemme tell you. Not a great performance considering they were up against a team who hasn't qualified for 30 years.

And geez...Ronaldo was offside for that first goal.

Fat bastard spent most of the match stumbling around in a daze.

Quick?

The only time he's quick is when he's passing a salad bar.

What about Fatty's blatant dive in first ten minutes or so? Too much weight on one leg. Still, for a salad-dodger he was still threatening.

Where was Josh Kennedy? And Kewell only came on in the second half - probably something to do with his groin injury.

Guus better have a plan up his sleeve.

I was wandering the streets of madrid after the game. cunts everywhere in Brazil t-shirts. i punched a small child in the nads for exhibiting such distaste in burgerking.

Whitburn, my man!

You are a true hero.

Nay, a God!

I say the Brazilians were offside for both goals and they all deserve kicks in the nads. Just for this I'm boycotting Brazilian women...OK, perhaps that's taking it a little too far.

I think Brazilian women, or, nay, women in general, have been boycotting me.

Bitches.

Only hot brunettes from St Kilda, Martini. Don't bring it up. I'm already on the edge.

Engels, if you're after St Kilda babes, you need to master the lingo.

"Seen that latest Woody Allen movie? Dreadful."

"What about that nasty John Howard? Dreadful."

"Ever had a multiple orgasm? Dreadful."

Here's a hint. The reason they're called wine bars isn't because of the grog....it's the whine.

Haha, fair enough Aidan. Though we have a our fair share "alternative" folk here in the Carlton/Fitzroy area. Sunday brunch time, I can't walk up my local shop area without tripping over dozens of latte drinkers.
